Hydrating and the perfect nude
"I Rule" (414) has quickly become my go-to everyday lippie. When first applying the lipstick a satin finish that's almost exactly my natural lip color. After several minutes, it's more of a matte finish và for me, the màu sắc darkens slightly and almost has a grey tinge khổng lồ me (doesn't sound pretty but it's gorgeous và still a perfect nude shade). There's minimal transfer during wear and because it's so close khổng lồ my natural lip màu sắc that it fades well, I don't look up và suddenly realize I just have a ring of lip màu sắc around the edges. It is fairly long wearing but I prefer khổng lồ reapply every few hours mostly because it makes my lips feel satiny soft both from the texture of the lipstick & because it's fairly hydrating. I was surprised to find that I can reapply instead of reaching for lip balm throughout the day lượt thích I normally do. Color oxidizes once it's exposed to the air.
I SO wanted khổng lồ love this new Lasting Matte because the sản phẩm looked beautiful in their new commercial - but I'm super disappointed about the quality. I bought the 'I Rule' shade which looks absolutely beautiful in the packaging. Even after I applied it I still loved the color. About 5 minutes after applying the product, the màu sắc starts changing lớn this weird Barbie-ish pink. I had to vì chưng a double take in the mirror and try to lớn remember if I applied a color over what I bought.. I removed it with makeup remover and applied it again.. And again.. The color oxidized into a tacky, pink shade. Super disappointed. Returning the lipstick tomorrow.

Would recommend 2 coats as it seems a tad thin but once it's on it's super style. Works great with masks, eating and drinks lượt thích coffee. Doses take a little to lớn get off & small stain but worth!

i bought this a few months ago in person at grimaceworks.com, và after reading reviews to decide if I wanted lớn order another shade I was inspired to giới thiệu my two major takeaways. Number one is that it is a matte lipstick, not a stain by any means, although i have only tried one shade so i couldn't say if that varies. It lasts pretty long, even withstanding over an hour of singing at a choir concert & drinking water, & it is a perfect texture, goes on smooth và does not dry out my lips or crumble off at all or anything like that. However, number two is the reason i have just decided not lớn order another. I had bought the shade "i choose," which is a really pretty kind of bright, deep pink/reddish color, if that makes sense. But i started khổng lồ feel like after wearing it for over 15-20 minutes, maybe 30 or so, it not only lost its vibrancy but turned a little orange. Và it seemed lượt thích it was not the same pretty color that it was when first applied at all, but i totally thought it was in my head. Only after reading some of the other reviews just now did i realize it definitely was in fact not the same màu sắc as it was when applied. It's because it's not actually just a plain matte lip, it's supposed to be a stain, but it is neither, it is this weird mix that does not stain your lip but does seem to lớn disappear somewhere into your skin and change its color. I did decide though that at the kết thúc of the day, it is a lipstick worth mentioning because it is a nice formula and does last a decent amount of time, so if i was talking lớn a friend that had a specific need (like a choir concert) it is a good consideration since even if it's not the same shade it is at least something that will stay on và give color to your lip. It's a pretty good option for stage makeup unless a character in a play requires a specific shade lol. Và as far as taking pictures go, it is a beautiful shade when first applied!

I love the matte colors that are available. However, the product does not last or stain your lips. It it also very drying. Will not be repurchasing this again.

I absolutely love this matte lipstick. To me it kinda seems lượt thích a set between lipstick and lip gloss when u put it on. It has a very soft smooth feel và the colors are beautiful. I will definitely be purchasing this in the future & definitely recommend this to anyone that uses any type of lip màu sắc products. It last a very long time. I put some on in the morning and there was still color 6 hrs later. What I love most is the feel on the lips & the long lasting stain. I also really lượt thích the applicator it makes it so much easier to lớn put on n goes with the shape of the lips.
