Neutrogena's Hydro Boost Gel-Cream isn't actually a cream, but instead a lightweight, bouncy gel-cream hybrid that absorbs into your skin almost instantly on contact. "They're the best of both worlds, with the weight that comes with being a gel & the cushion of a moisturizer," cosmetic chemist Ginger King previously told grimaceworks.com. "They are suitable for most skin types."
Formula-wise, the gel-cream is made with hyaluronic acid to lớn hydrate and glycerin to lớn lock in the moisture.
